Unique Christmas Gifts for Newborns
With Christmas right around the corner, I wanted to have a series of Christmas themed blogs. So, this is the first one of the series!
Your baby’s first Christmas will be magical for you and for him or her. The baby will no doubt be showered with amazing gifts from you and family alike.
Unfortunately, the originality of the gifts is something hard to come by. But no worries – here is a list of what I consider to bet he 5 most unique Christmas gifts for newborns!
Personalized Reindeer Baby Booties
I just can’t help but love these booties. Can you picture your little one crawling around in them on Christmas morning? Plus, they look super warm.

This embroidered, fleece robe looks so cute on any baby. The company gives buyers the option to have the baby’s name stitched into the dressing gown for a special touch.
You really can’t have too many articles of clothing with your baby’s name on them – trust me! Lastly, I think that it is a really affordable gift at just 25 Euros.
Another extremely affordable gift is this really cute Santa Dress from Toys R Us. The dress costs a mere $12.50 and would be great for Christmas parties. There is also a version for boys at Toys R Us that is $9.99. Your baby will most likely only be able to wear these outfits once, which is why it is so important to find ones that will fit in your budget, like this dress!
This gift is more for you than for the baby but it is something that you’ll cherish forever. Having a hand or footprint ornament to hang on the tree is special. My parents made sure to make these for my sisters and I when we were little and they still hang on the tree to this day.
If you have a mantel to hang them on or not, Christmas stockings are a must. Making one for your newborn is easy and can help get your creative side going. The toughest part will be finding the time but once you’ve finished, you’ll be happy you did.
You can buy relatively plain stockings from a number of places but my favorite place is Bronner’s Christmas Wonderland in Michigan. Don’t worry If making a trip all the way there isn’t feasible because you can just order them from their website.
Once you have the stocking, you can decorate it to your liking!
